St Winefride’s was represented last week by 24 runners, both boys and girls from years 3 to 6, at the recent ISA Midlands Regional Cross Country Championships.

The School submitted four teams; U9 Boys, U9 Girls, U11 Boys and U11 Girls. Our runners all performed extremely well, with excellent runs recorded by Clara Charlesworth-Jones (26th/U9 Girls) and Ethan Savage (21st/U11 Boys).

Special congratulations to Tristan Stewert and Olivia Houlston, who both came 2nd in their respective races (U9 Boys and U11 Girls), and have therefore qualified for the ISA Nationals in March. Well done both!
