Yesterday, Year 5 students embarked on an educational adventure to Shrewsbury Museum, delving into the rich history of ancient Greece through an immersive workshop. The museum transformed into a time capsule, offering students a hands-on experience with artefacts and engaging activities.

The highlight of the morning was learning about the Olympics. They even reenacted a traditional opening ceremony, which included the sacrifice of the two Oxon – Floss and Henry!

It was fabulous to see such enthusiasm and knowledge retention. This trip not only complemented our curriculum but also sparked a deeper interest in history. Well done, Year 5!
