The U11 Football Team had their first run-out last night, back at Sundorne, representing the School in the Shrewsbury Town in the Community Football League Kids Cup.
This was the first time this team had played together, having completed only one training session. Our children impressed on the night, showing a dominance in defence, but only lacking slightly in composure in front of goal. St. Winefride’s came second in their group, with no goals conceded in all four games.
Well done, this was a good start to the season.
