Last week, St. Winefride’s pupils received some surprise visitors; Luke Hendrie and Max Lowe, both players from Shrewsbury Town Football Club. This was thanks to our ongoing partnership with Shrewsbury Town FC.
The players, along with STITC Community Sports Manager John Rix, hosted a Q&A session in the School Hall, then were happy to pose for photographs with our some lucky pupils and the U11 Girls Football Team. Luke and Max both had a few words of encouragement for the girls, ahead of our County Final.
