Our School was recently lucky enough to be presented with a new defibrillator. The defibrillator was presented to St. Winefride’s School by Mark King, from the Oliver King Foundation, after staff successfully completed training. This simple piece of equipment is easy to use and can make the difference between life and death

The Oliver King Foundation was set up in January 2012 following the tragic death of 12-year-old Oliver King. The Foundation’s work has saved many lives, placing over 5,900 lifesaving defibrillators across the UK and 135,00 staff trained in CPR and defibrillation.

Our sincere thanks to Mark King, Guy Gowar and The Oliver King Foundation.
