Before half-term, Junior 4 enjoyed a ‘Viking Raiders’ workshop presented by staff from the Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery. This linked to our History topic on the Vikings. Our pupils heard a presentation, enjoyed some re-enactment/raiding, handled some Viking artefacts, and even took part in Viking Gods saga – we had our own Viking Gods and frost giants in class!

Our thanks to the fantastic staff at the Museum. Our pupils thoroughly enjoyed the chance to be immersed in a ‘living History’ environment.
