Our U9 football team was again invited to take part in the annual U9 Tournament at Prestfelde School.
Thirteen teams took part – St. Winefride’s competed in the Trophy Competition.
It was great to be out there, participating in competitive sport once again and our boys were fantastic – winning three games, drawing one (against Prestfelde!) and only losing one game. St Winefride’s came an excellent second place!
Standout performances from Jayden and Dexter, with some top strikes on goal and Fabio, who was a rock in defence.
