This December, our School community once again supported the Shrewsbury Foodbank ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ Appeal, as we did last year. On Monday, all the items collected at School were delivered to the Foodbank Hub.

From the Foodbank Project Lead; ‘ We want to say thank you to everyone who donated to our Christmas campaign. We had a wonderful day yesterday receiving and sorting all of the incredible donations, and today they will be packed into Christmas hampers. We can’t say thank you enough, and have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our Community.’ A total of 245 Christmas hampers were packed.

Pictured is Tristan, Caitlin, Clara and Daniel, our Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Girl and Deputy Head Boy, at the end of the term, with all the donations ready to be boxed and delivered to the Shrewsbury Foodbank.

This wonderful support for one of our local charities and our community wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our children and parents, thank you all for your support.
