The St. Winefride’s School Football Teams were all in action over the last two weeks, the U9s, U11 Girls and U11 Boys all playing in their County Semi-Finals.
Our U9s narrowly lost out to Greenfields (2-5) in their County Semi-Final, however our U11 Girls team have progressed through to their SSCFA County Final and will play at the New Bucks Head Stadium (home of AFC Telford) on the 23rd April.
Our U11 Boys will go on to represent Shropshire in the ESFA Midlands Regional Finals in Birmingham this week.
What a fantastic effort from all three teams. To have the three teams all qualify for County Finals demonstrates what talented children we have here at St. Winefride’s! Well done!
